The buyer’s initial request for an inspection machine consisted of a few emails and a general production target. Guri converted it into a detailed technical specification covering line speed, software, installation, operator training and acceptance testing. That document changed the entire project. Both sides finally understood what was included, what the customer had to prepare and how the machine would be accepted. The equipment passed the agreed test and was handed over without a dispute.
