Guri reworked the agreement to include forecasts, minimum volumes, quality tolerances, shipment planning and a transparent mechanism for reviewing prices. They also compared the English and Chinese versions to ensure that the obligations had not changed during translation.
We are now completing repeat shipments under one framework agreement instead of renegotiating every order.
