GURI / Counterparty · Documents · Bank
Before funds are sent, we review the parties, transaction grounds and bank requirements. We help choose a lawful payment model, prepare documents and handle payment-related enquiries.
01 / Scope of work
The route depends on countries, parties, currency, goods or services and applicable restrictions. We start with the transaction facts, then align documents and available settlement methods.

Participants’ fees, conversion, potential deductions, processing times and return conditions.
Transaction grounds, reporting, supporting information, compliance and responses to the servicing bank.
Establishing status and reasons, reviewing documents, bank enquiries, corrections and agreeing next steps.
02 / Countries and requirements
We do not disguise payment purposes or replace parties with nominal intermediaries to evade checks. Any agency or other model needs a substantiated basis, clear responsibility and compliance with applicable rules.
China, India, Türkiye, the UAE, Europe and other destinations are assessed transaction by transaction. Bank, currency and settlement availability are confirmed when the payment is prepared.
03 / Deliverables
Preparation produces a reviewed participant structure, aligned documents, cost calculations and checkpoints. During support, we record bank responses and payment status; final execution depends on the banks and applicable rules.
